For the phone call, the caller can email in a statement that addresses the “work” they are doing currently or areas they wish to receive assistance. (This statement will not be shared with the group.) We will “meet” for our group session through a conference call. For the call you will be asked to be in a relaxed environment and allow the energy to assist you as you have already intended. I will be working with you energetically and through guided visualization to help you easily relax and ground/center yourself. From there will do a few minutes of guided meditation and then you will be in a deep state of relaxation while I work silently with each of you. Calls will last 45 minutes to one hour.
